1. Services Provided: Accent Travel, Ltd agrees to offer various services, including booking airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, tour packages, and cruises. We are responsible for exercising due diligence in selecting reputable service providers.
2. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information for bookings, review itineraries, and notify Accent Travel, Ltd of any discrepancies within 24hrs of the receipt of said itinerary. Accent Travel, Ltd is not responsible for any travel disruptions or problems initiated by the behavior or the client or members of their party. Accent Travel, Ltd is not responsible for travel disruptions out of our control including but not limited to acts of war, weather, death or illness, vendor cancellations, or natural disasters. Accent Travel will always recommend clients purchase travel insurance to provide some protection when traveling.
3. Fees and payments: Accent Travel does charge a service fee based on the type of travel requested. The fee will be charged at the time invoicing travel. Fees will be disclosed upfront, at the time of the client's first interaction with Accent Travel, Ltd.
4. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations may result in the forfeiture of payments, depending on the policies of third-party providers. Accent Travel, Ltd will assist in obtaining refunds but cannot guarantee them. Any refunds processed may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Liability Limitations: Accent Travel, Ltd acts an intermediary and is not responsible for breaches of contract or negligence by third-party suppliers. Clients are advised to verify their own travel documents and safety conditions at destinations. Clients should ensure they have proper vaccinations and visas if required.
